Hi, I’m Dr. Preeti
I’m an Orthopedic & Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist with over 18 years of experience and I specialize in helping women over 40 rebuild strength, move without pain, and feel powerful in their bodies again.I’m not just a strength coach. I’m an injury prevention specialist, your guide through midlife transitions, and a woman who’s deeply passionate about helping you reclaim confidence, vitality, and trust in your body, no matter where you’re starting.
My programs are designed for you the woman navigating hormonal shifts, past injuries, and the overwhelming noise of conflicting fitness advice. I blend evidence-based strength training, mindful movement, and pain science to create safe, supportive transformations from the inside out.
I don’t believe in pushing through pain. I believe in moving with intention, with care, and with strength that lasts.
