Hi .. I am Preeti !

I am a Women's Injury Prevention beginners strength coach.I am an Orthopedic & Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist and understand the body from every aspect. I know the ins and  outs of what can affect your progress. 

For more than 20 years I have devoted my career to helping people move, feel, and live better. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I have guided thousands of patients from busy parents tackling everyday errands to recreational athletes striving for new milestones back to the activities that light them up. My treatment style is equal parts science and coaching: evidence-based rehabilitation, progressive strength training, and practical strategies patients can use long after they leave the clinic.

Healthy living and healing from within are not just professional themes; they are personal commitments. I am a certified yoga instructor, and I weave breathwork, mindfulness, and mobility into each plan of care to accelerate recovery and build lifelong resilience. Whether we are restoring shoulder stability for a tennis serve or building hip strength for pain-free gardening, the goal is the same: empower you to trust your body and pursue the life you imagine. 

When not working, you will find me on the yoga mat, or weightlifting. Most evenings you will find me in the carpool lane, driving to Taekwondo lessons or cheering poolside at a swim meet. Those family moments keep me grounded and remind me why thriving movement matters at every age. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey to stronger movement and vibrant health.
