I am a Women's Injury Prevention beginners strength coach.I am an Orthopedic & Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist and understand the body from every aspect. I know the ins and  outs of what can affect your progress.

It's hard to enter Mid-Life as it is, 1 thing you want to stop worrying is what happens when your bones are weak or your muscles are not strong.
