I’m a physical therapist and strength coach specializing in women’s health, with a deep passion for helping women over 40 build strength, confidence, and resilience. With years of experience in rehabilitation, injury prevention, and functional movement, I’ve guided countless women through the journey of reclaiming their strength—no matter their starting point.

My expertise goes beyond just teaching exercises. I understand the unique challenges women face in midlife—from hormonal shifts to past injuries and the frustration of conflicting fitness advice. That’s why I’ve combined my knowledge of strength training, injury prevention, and mindful movement to create programs that are safe, effective, and designed specifically for women in this stage of life.

Through my work, I’ve witnessed the incredible transformation that happens when women shift their mindset, learn how to move properly, and build strength from the inside out.
