1. Program Commitment & Personal Responsibility

  • The Strength Shift is an 8-week strength training program designed to help you build confidence, improve muscle and bone health, and create lasting change.

  • Your success depends on your commitment, consistency, and effort in following the program. Results will vary based on individual factors, including adherence, lifestyle, and health history.

  • You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own progress and agree to follow the program safely and within your physical capabilities.

2. 15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy

I’m fully committed to your success, which is why I offer a 15-day satisfaction guarantee. If after 15 days of full participation you feel this program isn’t right for you, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

To qualify for a refund, you must:
✅ Show that you have completed your assigned work for 15 days.
✅ Have attended the live coaching sessions and actively participated.
✅ Have implemented the strategies provided in the program.

  • If you meet these criteria and still feel that The Strength Shift isn’t right for you, you may submit your request in writing within 15 days of enrollment for review.

  • No refunds will be issued beyond the 15-day period.

  • Due to the nature of digital content, there are no refunds for non-participation or lack of effort.

  • All materials, including workouts, videos, PDFs, and coaching content, are the intellectual property of the program creator and are for your personal use only.

  • You may not share, copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the program without written permission.

6. Coaching & Community Guidelines

  • This program includes weekly group coaching and accountability support. You agree to participate in a respectful, supportive, and encouraging manner.

  • Any form of harassment, negativity, or disruptive behavior within the community or coaching sessions may result in removal from the program without a refund.

7. Agreement Acknowledgment
