About Me

Meet Preeti, Physical Therapist, Yoga and mindfulness instructor with a unique blend of expertise in yoga, meditation, and clinical experience as a Physical Therapist in multiple settings. With over 15 years as a physical therapist Preeti has experienced different stressors as an employee and tried to find holistic and natural approach to treat it.
At a very young age Preeti was exposed to yoga, Breath-work and Meditation but she really started to practice it 17 years ago when she moved to the West where she put those skills to practice and was able to bring her out of toxic work culture multiple times. Having worked in both corporate and private clinics, Preeti brings a comprehensive understanding to the demands of modern lifestyles.

Moreover, a research article titled "The Benefits of Yoga Practice Compared to Physical Exercise: A Review of the Evidence" by Ross et al. (2013) indicated that yoga has positive effects on cardiovascular health, flexibility, stress reduction, and overall physical fitness.
